Oh y’all I have missed you something fierce!! I don’t think in 4 years of blogging I’ve ever taken a full week off- but life happens! Although I can’t spill all the details, I can tell y’all that I had a HUGE interview for a promotion yesterday morning, so I was working weekends, nights, and early mornings to prep my presentation & wow them 🙂

So I guess it only makes sense today for us to chat about work to weekend style! Until I get that CEO title (& salary!) it’s super important to me to maximize my wardrobe and make the most out of each piece. Y’all know my love for bright colors, so this dress is a statement piece that’s totally in my wheelhouse. While I love dressing it up with wedges for the office, it was important to me to find a way to take it into the weekend too! There is nothing that pulls more mileage in my closet than my denim jacket- so it was the perfect finishing touch! Which version of the outfit do you prefer?

Have an awesome weekend! Tomorrow I’m building a house with Habitat for Humanity & i’m so excited! This is my first time doing it and it’s something that’s always been on my “bucket list” – so I’m really looking forward to it. I’ll be sure to share on IG as we build throughout the day 🙂 See y’all soon!
