What the world needs now? More girls who embrace the title and drive of a #GirlBoss!

Ever since Sophie Amorusu released #GirlBoss, the hashtag went from being the title of a best-seller to the battle cry of a generation of women. I think that it is amazing how these days being a #girlboss can totally mean being the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, but it can also mean being a killer stay at home mom, a blogger working full time for herself, a young woman starting a clothing line, or a student pursuing a litany of degrees. The possibilities are endless ladies!

So today I’m excited to introduce you to a few amazing ladies (who of course deserve the title of #GirlBoss) – because without them this look would not have come to life! First up is my friend Caroline of 828 Boutique (where this darling top + shorts are from!) Caroline is actually this sister of a sweet friend of mine from Junior League, and when she launched her shop earlier this year Lauren thought we’d be a perfect match to work together. She was so right! Caroline has such a keen eye for finding pieces that are sophisticated without being stuffy and comfortable without being shleppy (you know what I mean!) 🙂 From up-and-coming brands to hot trends- 828 Boutique seriously will outfit you for any occasion! Best of all, her price points are all under $100! #Bloggeronabudget

My next #GirlBoss is Kelli of Lyla Taylor Boutique (check out the pretty pink clutch I’ve got)! Kelli was a math teach for many years when she decided it was time to pursue her dreams of owning her own boutique. I especially love that it is named after her daughters! Kelli has a bright, preppy style that mirrors my own and her thoughtful collection of accessories will help you complete any outfit with ease! Oh yeah, she she loves a good monogram too 🙂 #DontWeAll

Finally, I have to give major props to my awesome photographer Christina Jones! We recently met as most millennial do (through the ‘Gram) but she was as lovely and fun in person as she is on Insta and has such an eye for shooting! A blogger herself, Christina was a dream to work with and even though we were both dripping sweat she made it look effortless in these pics! So excited to work together again in the future. If your local Christina is your girl!

Such a chic and fabulous summer outfit you have here dear! Both your off-shoulder top and printed shorts looked lovely on you. Cute contrast with the bag too!
