Happy Friday party people! It’s that time again: I’m checking in with another status update on how FASTer Way to Fat Loss is going! As a reminder, I started FASTer Way on September 24th, so today’s update covers what one month on the program looks like. I will be honest, I have not been “perfect” on the program the last 2 weeks. We went through massive layoffs at work, I had tons of girls nights out & meetings, and I feel like I’ve been living at my office. But that’s why this program is amazing- because it just works seamlessly into your life! I also love that Kristen (my coach) always reminds us that it’s “progress not perfection” and that 1 off day doesn’t equal bad results.

First up, let’s talk inches! I have long since stopped weighing myself on the scale, but I wanted a tangible way to “measure” my results so I’ve been tracking my measurements every two weeks. Friends, these are powerful results! After ONE month on the program I’m down 9.75 inches!!! I can’t believe it! I can also tell in pictures that I’ve tightened up, lost bloat, and just look happier 🙂

What I’ve learned in weeks 3-4:

ONE: You don’t have to be perfect to see results, you just have to try.

TWO: making a food plan for your day makes a huge difference.

THREE: while the program doesn’t require workouts, I feel 10x better when I squeeze in some cardio.

FOUR: I’ve been fueling my body all wrong for years- FASTer Way teaches you how to do it right!

FIVE: you can drink wine (lots), eat cheese, and still lose weight!

    You look great Gentry! I bet you feel fab too. Here as we prepare for winter and hibernation it gets harder and harder to be healthy! J xx

    You look fantastic!! Way to go!
    I think taking measurements is such a great way to measure results over the scale. Even the photos show how hard you’ve been working!
    So inspiring, girl!
