Merry Christmas Eve sweet friends! The big day is almost here and I couldn’t let it pass without taking some time to wish you the absolute merriest Christmas and a wonderful holiday season! I love this time of the year so much, and although it has been full of change, and newness (new family, new traditions) it’s only made it all the sweeter! I am so grateful and thankful every day that the Lord had a plan so much better than mine 🙂
I’ve been so very excited to share our first set of engagement photos with y’all, and since they are Christmas themed today seemed like the perfect occasion! We are doing a combined Christmas card/save the date (working on getting those out this week!) so red and green seemed appropriate 🙂 one of these pictures made it on the card- can you guess which one?!

Of course, this season is about so much more than festive pictures and Christmas trees, it’s about celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus. The Lord gave us a gift far more precious than technology or new pjs- he gave us a savior who would take on the burden of our sins so that we would become pure and blameless in Gods sight and one day live eternally in heaven! And that gift came in the form of a tiny, precious baby! What a God, what a savior!
My favorite Christmas Bible Verses:
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” – Isaiah 9:6
“But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, so that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.” – Galatians 4:4-5
“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.” – Matthew 1:21
“But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy.” – Titus 3:4-5
“Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!” – 2 Corinthians 9:15
MERRY CHRISTMAS YALL! May it be a day of love, joy, and happiness for you!
