A Little Bit of Normal

Good Morning Sweet friends! I don’t know about you, but this morning I am craving a little bit of “normal.” Last week flew by as I learned to work from home and VC with my team at work- we are so busy that other than being in my own house vs. the office it didn’t see that unnatural. BUT, over the weekend I really started to feel the effects of social distancing/staying at home, and the truth is for an extrovert like me it was really hard! I didn’t realize how much we do on a weekend, like going out to dinner, seeing friends, and just running errands around town- and being kept from doing that was tough!! I have a lot more thoughts to share & I’m sure we will be having a lot more conversations on this topic, but this Monday I needed a little but of “normal” – so I’m sharing a good old fashioned outfit post & I hope that’s ok with y’all! (Maybe you need some normal too!)

I’m wrapping up a campaign with Talbots and was so excited to try this jumpsuit as part of our campaign. I love classic chambray looks, and this denim style jumpsuit with the big bow and, buttons, and pockets instantly stole my heart! I dressed it up a bit here to be more appropriate for the office or dinner (once we can go back to doing those things again!) or for right now, toss on sandals or sneakers for a darling stay-at-home outfit! I’ve said it once and I will say it again, dressing up for my work at home days makes 100% difference in my mood and productivity levels. It’s also something for me to look forward to each morning! 🙂

I hear you – I’m a big extrovert and this social distancing is really hard. We have been getting out at least twice a day to walk around the neighborhood and have some normalcy for Sophia. Working with her in tow has been hard, but we’re getting through and grateful that we are even able to do that!! Sending you lots of love and light right now! xo, Biana BlovedBoston
