Good Morning friends! Who is excited and ready to take on this Monday?? I’ve lost track at this point of what week of quarantine it is, so cheers to a new normal, am I right?! Now that I officially have my “groove” in working from home, I thought it would be fun to share my daily schedule. I love peeking in on other’s daily schedules/routines so i thought this would be helpful and let y’all get to know me a little better! So let’s get to it 🙂
5:00-5:15 am: Alarm goes off and I wake up
5:15-6:30 am: Coffee time, finish up blog posts for the day, devotions & quiet time (this is my favorite time of the day! I’m a morning person and am so much more productive in the morning so I love using the time to be productive and start the day off on the right foot.)
6:30-7:00 am: Peleton workout (I love their HIIT Cardio & Strength classes- you can get 3 months free on the app if you area new user!)
7:00-8:30 am: Shower, Make-Up and Hair, get dressed, film my “coffee chat” for IG stories
8:30-5:30 pm: WORK ! I’d love to break down what a day at work looks like, but truly every day is different! There is usually a pretty even balance between time I’m working on our upcoming lines and assorting product and having video calls with my design time to look at new product and ideas we want to bring in. If you have more specific questions about my job as an Apparel Buyer I’d be happy to answer them in a more in-depth post!
Note: I do try and take about 30 minutes for lunch around noon since that’s when I break my fast for the day 🙂
6:00 – 10:00 pm: Rob will either head to my apartment or I’ll go to our house and we will take a walk, have dinner, work on wedding things, and watch an episode or two of our favorite shows! (Currently loving Ozark, The Challenge, & Top Chef!)
10-10:30 pm: Get ready for bed (wash face, get in PJ’s, etc!)
10:30pm: Get to sleep! (Although most nights it’s been inching closer to 11!
I hope that was a fun peek into my day! I know everyone’s schedule looks so different right now, so I would love to hear what’s working for you and how you are finding that “balance” that’s so elusive 🙂 Please feel free to share in the comments below!
