Styling my Lilly in the Holy City on my honeymoon!
Good Morning & Happy Wednesday! I’ve got so much excitement for you today that I am giddy just writing this post!
First things first, I’m so excited to share my all-time favorite Lilly Pulitzer piece, the Donna Romper, in this vibrant new palm print! I hinted at it on IG when I share this try-on, but this print, “Who Let the Fronds Out,” holds a special place in my heart! You’ll have to stay tuned for our August wedding to see why… ! As y’all know, Rob and I just tied the knot on 5/30 in a small backyard wedding (can’t wait to share more from the day with y’all!) and with all the changes we underwent for our wedding day due to COVID we were really hopeful that we’d be able to take some sort of “mini moon”. We ended up deciding to spend 4 days in Charleston, SC and booked an Air BNB at the last minute for our trip. Since it’s drivable from Florida it didn’t take a lot of planning! I’ll be sharing more of this as well- but for now I wanted to share one of my favorite looks from the trip!
The palm print, the pink and green, the romper design… this piece is quintessentially Lilly and will forever be a favorite in my closet! I wore it for a day of shopping on King Street and signseeing downtown. I also wanted to share my sandals from Palm Beach Sandals. I adore this brand (I find them 10x more comfortable than Jack Rogers!) and Brittany (the owner) is the absolute sweetest gal! She and I worked together to custom design this pair with my married monogram and I actually wore them as my wedding shoes! It only made sense to keep wearing them on my honeymoon… 🙂
Also, I’m so excited to share that starting this week I will be co-hosting the weekly “Style on the Daily” link-up with the delightful Amy Ann of Straight A Style. Each week you can link up your favorite posts, find new bloggers to follow, and have some fun building community! So excited to bring this to y’all!! 🙂
