Peace of Mind with pixsee

Nothing quite prepares you for becoming a first time mom: the joy, the laughter, the tears, the “did that just happen??” moments, and unfortunately the anxiety! Everything about motherhood is new, and there are so many unknowns that you are navigating. While family and friends are helpful (truly, don’t know what I’d do without my village) every little baby is different, so it’s a process of learning what works for you and your little one. A final feature of the pixsee that I think is so unique and helpful for moms is the cry decoder. As you use the monitor it begins to learn your baby, and can suggest why he or she is crying (Eliza is often hungry these days since she’s going through a growth spurt!). It will even play calming music in response to crying to help calm your baby down- the first time it happened Eliza instantly stopped crying because she was so fascinated by the music!
