It’s hard for me to believe, but we have been in our new home for a year this month! It seems like only yesterday we were moving in with blank walls and a five month old- and now it’s slowly becoming a decorated home with a busy (almost) 18 month old! Crazy times!!

As we have come up to this one year milestone, Rob and I have really made it a goal the last few weeks to buckle down and tackle decorating our house. Everything from small fix it projects to artwork, to new coasters & rugs… we made a master list of all the home purchases we needed/wanted and then worked on a budget so that we could start checking things off! While I am well aware that over time we will probably change things and swap things out or update, I am so excited to see our home finally coming together!

We put so much love into choosing each and every detail of our house that I just want the decor and style to reflect the love that fills our walls! Especially as our family grows up, I just want it to be a home that Eliza is excited to bring her friends over to visit and our family and friends feel comfortable and settled in. I hope our decor choices reflect that!
