Local Love: WTR Tampa

You’ll want to spend all your time at WTR Tampa once you see how much fun it is!

Last week I was invited to visit one of the freshest spots in Tampa, WTR at the Godfrey hotel. This outdoor oasis is billed as a “pool and bar” online but it is so much more! I was instantly smitten with the bright & airy architecture that highlighted the outdoor space perfectly, and drew your eyes to the shimmering blue pool. Of course it was SO hot in FL last week so my girls and I couldn’t resist dipping our toes in!

{The team at WTR was sweet enough to invite me to bring 3 friends and I was thrilled to be able to spend the night with 3 of the most fun gals I know! How fun that you’ll get to meet them through pictures today 🙂 }

I hear that the space gets pretty popping on the weekend, but if you want to stress-relieve and feel like you really escaped after a long day at work I highly recommend stopping by during the week. There was a buzzing crowd at the bar but it wasn’t overwhelming and we got our drink orders very quickly! The cocktails were yummy and getting to enjoy them while overlooking the ocean was a sweet slice of heaven!

These cabanas and lounges were all around the pool and looking out over the water and were the absolute perfect spot to curl up and relax! It really was such a sweet little oasis!

On a scale of 1-10 how much do we look like an ad for a 1990’s cruise?? But this really is how picture-perfect the spot is!

Shout-out to my girls for always being down for fun and a good adventure! These girl’s keep me laughing and I am so thankful for them!

I’m already wishing I was back at WTR drinking those yummy cocktails and having so much fun with my girls! Can’t wait to get back there asap!
