A Fun Life Update!

Hey y’all! I have been sitting on some really exciting news for a few weeks and today I’m spilling the beans on a little fun life update. You ready… I have a new job!!! I was previously a Beauty Buyer 1 for my company (national retailer) and in October I was promoted to an Accessories Buyer 2. I now oversee a team of four wonderful ladies, and we buy Handbags, Luggage, Sleep, Intimates, Loungewear, and Fashion Accessories (hats/belts/scarves). It’s a new world for me- I’ve previously had jobs in Jewelry, Apparel, and Beauty- but I am absolutely loving the area and all my new brands! I have already learned so much and it is the most exciting opportunity of my career so far!

It’s been a whirlwind first 3 months on the job, I had to dive in quickly, learn my new role/world, and start making real-time decisions to run the business- but I couldn’t love it more! I am so incredibly thankful and excited to take this next step in my career!
