Five on Friday || 5.20.22

Hey y’all and happy Friday! I don’t know about you, but this week was a total DOOZY and boy is mama ready for a wine-down Friday tonight! Eliza got her first real sickness this week, she clocked a 102 feaver, wouldn’t eat (and my girl loves to eat!), and was so lethargic. It was scary and so hard, but with medicine, lots of snuggles, and rest she is feeling great again thankfully!! Nothing breaks your heart more than seeing your sweet darling feeling crummy.

So let’s end this week on a high and share five fun things for the week!

I recently got my first Honey + Hank pillow and I am in love! Each pillow actually has your state’s shape in the design- so my herringbone pillow is actually made up of tiny state’s of Florida. TWO // Summer Entertaining

We finally got our back patio furniture all set up and it makes me so stinking happy!! Eliza loves being outside so I’ve been so excited to get everything all set up and spend more time with her out there. I see lots of al fresco dinners outside, which means summer entertaining! I posted a reel this week featuring the CUTEST mommy & me looks from Old Navy! This dress stopped me in my tracks (it looks designer- for under $50) and as soon as I saw that there was a mini match I was sold! I mean- so stinking adorable!!!!!

FIVE // Everything After

I typically love Jill Santopolo books, The Light We Lost & More Than Words are two favorites of mine, so I was really excited to read her newest book, Everything After. Unfortunately, this one feel a little flat for me and just didn’t grab me like her previous novels have.
