Florida Baby Girl Nursery Tour

* This post is pre-scheduled as we will be welcoming our baby girl on 3/3! We cannot wait to introduce you to the newest love of our life!*

I guess there is no time like the day you’re getting induced to share your daughter’s nursery… am I right?! We thought we had at least 2 more weeks, but God (and Eliza) had some other plans and we absolutely cannot wait to meet her so very soon!

As I’ve shared, we will be moving into our new home in about 6-7 months, so we wanted her nursery to be sweet and special – but also knowing that it would need to be transferred in a few months. My theme for this “Florida girl’s nursery” is gingham & flamingos – picking up on her southern and Florida heritage. She will actually be a 5th generation Floridian, so we loved adding those touches to remind her of her heritage!

We actually have still been tweaking the space- but took these pics as soon as it was finished and I hope you enjoy the tour of our most favorite space in our house!

We absolutely love her bookcase! As you can see there is a seat in the middle, so when she is older she can use this as a little reading nook!

I mean, is there anything cuter than baby clothes?? I die every time I see all her little outfits and cannot wait to start seeing her in all of them!

This gator has a special message from Rob and I inside for our girl 🙂 Y’all know we are both Florida Gators so love having this sweet Gator for her!

Updates we’ve made:

• Added photos from our maternity shoot around the cross over her changing table
• Fixed her curtains- did you notice they are two different sizes?? ha! They came mix-matched, so we returned them for 83″ matching ones- much better!
• Added lots of new clothes to the closet- we have such wonderful friends and family who are spoiling this little love beyond words!
• You can’t see it, but her diaper pail is tucked in the corner by her dresser and her hamper (flamingo!) is by the glider.
• Added a small white nightstand by her glider for her Hatch sound machine and to set the bottle down, our phone, etc.
