In the Beginning…

Hey friends! We’ve made it halfway through the week- which is cause for pretty big celebrations around these parts!

Today I am so excited to share one of my favorite rompers- yep you read that right, romper! I absolutely adore that Lilly Pulitzer does these “secret rompers” each season, which look like dresses but have hidden shorts underneath for the ease of a romper. It makes life so easy! (And cute of course!)

But what I adore even more here is the print- aptly named, “In The Beginning.” This Print was first released several years ago, and I fell in love! The print actually tells the story of Lilly: how she started her business & where she got her inspiration from. It’s so personal and unique! When it first came out I was able to snag it in a puffer vest, which I love but in Florida you can only wear about twice a year! So I was thrilled when it was re-released this summer in warm weather styles that I can wear now! This dress is just perfect in every way!

I get asked a lot where I wear my Lilly, like what kind of occasions I whip these prints out for. While I know her prints are bold, there’s pretty much no place I wouldn’t wear it! A romper like this is a weekend style to me, I’d wear it to brunch with my girls or a casual dinner with Rob. It’s Florida style through and through 🙂
