Weekly Meal Plan 8/5/24-8/11/24

Welcome friends! I’m on a mission to make your dinners less stressful, and your week of meals simple and delicious! I’m not a “cook” but I love food (haha) and nourishing my family though our dinners together. Here is what I had on tap for us this week! It’s out last week before school starts back and I wanted to keep it simple and easy.

Steak Cesar Salads- Yes, this absolutely is as simple as it sounds and a perfect meal for low carb days! (lots of healthy fats and protein). To make the steak I use this easy crockpot steak bite recipe and then plate it over romaine + freshly grated parmesan cheese. Top with your favorite Cesar dressing and it’s YUM!

Taco Tuesday- this is a staple night in our house, we do tacos every other week! I also love it because it’s really easy to make this work for my low carb days; either use low-carb tortillas or plate your taco meat over rice for a salad.

Pork Chops- Another easy staple in our house! We get pork loin (boneless) from Publix, marinade in our favorite marinade and grill. Plate with applesauce (sounds weird but trust me) and you’ll love it!

Crockpot BBQ Chicken– we love a bbq dish in our house! Serving exactly how the recipe suggests- with mashed potatoes (an Eliza favorite) and corn (another E favorite).

Buffalo Chicken Paninis- Rob whips these up on the panini press so I’ll try to quote his recipe haha.

Publix Italian 5 Grain, Boars Head Blazing Buffalo Chicken, American Cheese, Hot Honey – press until heated though and cheese is melted. SO GOOD!

Let me know if you try any of these: Would love to hear your feedback on what you are loving!

Thanks for stopping by y’all! || Gentry
