Highlight Reel: April 2018

OK, seriously how has another month come and gone?? April was once again the fastest month of the year and y’all I’m just trying to savor every moment and make sure I don’t miss a thing! Today we’re taking a walk down memory lane and going “behind the scenes” to see what made up my April 2018 highlight reel 🙂

The sweetest way to start off the year: celebrating Easter with a wonderful church service & time with my family! What a special promise- He is Risen!!

The best follow up to Easter weekend? Celebrating my bestie Ashley for her Bachelorette party! We headed to Orlando to “drink around the world” at Epcot and it was so much fun! I haven’t been to Epcot in about 10 years, and all I can say is boy it is fun when your of legal age 😉

How adorable is my godson?? All he wanted for his mom’s wedding was a pink mohawk- so that’s what we got him! He is the sweetest kid and I feel so lucky to get to watch him grown up!

Then it was on to the wedding day! How cute were our custom tumblers and flasks?? (Those flasks came in REAL handy over the weekend! #MargaritaMamas)

Our on-site makeup was done by The Southern Glamper – it was a camper transformed into a makeup studio! So cute and Stephanie does an amazing job! How gorgeous does Ashley look?!

Then it was wedding time!!! Can you believe that I was so busy with MOH duties and dancing the night away that I didn’t take any pictures other than in the photo booth?!?! I know, who am I? I also just have to say how lucky I feel that our bridal party grew to be such great friends over the course of celebrating our girl. These peeps are truly the best and we still have a text message chain going strong!

Of course Buddy went to sleep away camp while I was gone & they did a “sock puppet” theater with the pups! How hilarious is that?! They said Buddy kept trying to eat the puppets (not surprised!)

I wrapped up the month by brunching with my new blogging friend Ayana (check out her blog here)! She is an absolute DOLL and we share a love of Lilly Pulitzer and blogging 🙂 Looking forward to having another blogging friend in the area!

Then it was another fun girls night with my friends Trish & Cassy! The weather was picture perfect & we went to watch some dueling pianos at a local outdoor bar 🙂 It was pure perfection!

And that wraps up another wonderful month! So thankful to be capturing these memories and getting to share them with y’all!
